These terms apply to the services provided by The Kitchen Renovators (Tristar Designs Ltd, trading as The Kitchen Renovators — Company No. 16322813, VAT 518 2628 85). By booking work with us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide kitchen makeovers — replacing doors, drawer fronts, worktops, panels and related fittings on your existing kitchen units, along with appliances and flooring where agreed. The exact work is set out in your written quote.

Quotes and pricing

We provide a free, no-obligation quote at your home visit. Your written quote is fixed for the work described in it. If you ask us to change or add to the work, we’ll agree any change in price with you first.

Booking and payment

Once you accept your quote we’ll agree a fitting date. Payment terms are set out in your quote. [Payment and any deposit terms to be confirmed.]

Our 6-year guarantee

Our makeovers come with a 6-year guarantee covering the products we supply and our workmanship, on the terms provided with your quote. It does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Access and your kitchen

So we can work safely and finish on time, we ask that you provide access on the agreed dates and clear the relevant areas beforehand. We’ll always treat your home with care and take away our waste and packaging when we’re done.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booked date, please let us know as early as you can. [Cancellation terms to be confirmed.]

Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
