There’s no showroom, no salesman on commission and no call centre. When you book a visit, I’m the one who turns up with the samples.
I’ve been fitting kitchens for over fifteen years, and this is a local, independent business — which means if something isn’t right, you’re not chasing a head office about it. You’re ringing me.
Not having premises is deliberate. A showroom is a building you’d be paying for in the price of your doors. I’d rather bring the samples to your kitchen, where you can actually see them in your own light.
